We are 4 female students at the university of York. We are a tidy respectful bunch. The rooms both include wardrobes, a desk, a bed, a noticeboard and bedside table. There is 3 bathrooms therefore 2 people per bathroom There is a living room , kitchen, off street parking, a conservatory , a utilities room with a washer and dryer and a patio area. Bills and wifi and tv license are also included in the price. We are about a 5 min walk from campus east and 25 min walk from campus west.
