I have a room available that already has a double bed in with a mattress.

You’ll have your own bathroom that still today has never been used, it’s brand new apart from the bath that’s been used once. The toilet has never been used or the sink.

It has a bath and a shower so you can decide what you prefer

I’ve listed the room as furnished but you’ll need to get a clothing rail or some furniture just to put your clothes somewhere.

I live in a very quiet area and I’m a woman who lives on her own with two dogs.

I have a big kitchen and recently had my garden finished.

The bills are all included in the monthly cost for the property.

I am a very clean lady, fully enhanced DBS checked.

If you drive, you can park your car on the driveway so it’s safe and off the road

Your not far from the city centre and if you don’t drive, there is a bus route in the village
