There is a small en-suite shower room off the bedroom. Also there is a small sitting room and dining room for the tenants use .There is on street parking We have wifi and central heating. Myself and my husband live here with our dog so an animal lover would be good. We are looking for a tenant that, s friendly, honest, clean and tidy with a sense of humour. The house is located in a village 6 miles north of York with a good bus service into York
