It's a mid historian terrace with. some original features , with a vintage/ retro vibe.
Housemates are friendly and considerate and we all appreciate the need for peace and tranquility when we get home and want to chill out .
Im not a landlord whos ever had spreadsheets, or had a lot of rules. The main rules are :

Respect each others peace and quiet, especially in evening and during night

Sadly and regrettably, thanks to cost of living crisis the cost of gas and electricity ive been forced to and monitor these bills aswell as research sensible, informed and imaginative ways to maximise and preserve heat and light. !!!
The term " reasonable "" usage of fuel is subjective, but i would expect any new lodger to work with me to keep bills down by doing things like wearing extra jumpers, utilising extra bedding provided by me, switching appliances off when not in use, keeping windows and doors shut etc etc
