Sharing with just three other professional females - a beautiful king size room has recently become available.

The room to rent is a very large double bedroom which is newly decorated. It has a new king bed and good quality mattress, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk and chair to work from too. There is also a sitting area - its a very large room.

The rent includes all bills, including superfast wifi, all utilities and council tax. We even have a cleaner who visits! There are no hidden charges and nothing additional to pay.

There are just three other females who live at this special home - all are professional/working and studying. We prefer another female who is looking for a quiet, happy and beautiful home. This room is not available to couples.

The house is located in the popular area of Acomb, York - just 2 miles from the city centre with free onstreet parking.

Buses run from Acomb to all over York – it’s a perfect location.

Acomb has lots of shops and a large supermarket too. There are very nice cafes, including the popular Bluebird Bakery, Sojo cafe, The Hand Wine bar and The Greengrocer cafe. Each month there is a independent market - it a very nice area.

The house is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable shared lounge and wide screen tv, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer - everything you might need.

A cleaner visits regular to deep clean all communal areas and this is included in the rent. The house is kept very nice.

If you have a bike, there is a lockable shed for storage with lockable high gates and wall.

We are looking for a female housemate - someone who will fit in nicely to this very special houseshare.

This special home is best suited to someone who is looking for a calm, peaceful house sharing only with other females. If you are looking for a loud party house, this probably isn't the right place.
