Hello! I have a double room available from mid-July in my recently renovated three-bedroom semi-detached house.
The house has a lovely garden, off-street parking, and has been renovated throughout, with just a few finishing touches still to be completed.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with shelving, and a desk, making it ideal if you work or study from home.
The house is about a 20-minute walk from York city centre and York Hospital, and only 10 minutes from the river, so it’s in a great location.
You’d be sharing with me, a friendly professional woman in my early 40s, and my dog, Flash. I split my time between working from home and being in the office once or twice a week. Flash is a happy half-Golden Retriever, half-Spaniel, so you’ll definitely need to be a dog lover!
I’m looking for someone who’s friendly and sociable—someone who’s happy to share the occasional drink and a good chat, while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
All bills are included, along with fast Wi-Fi, and the house has a dishwasher and a great shower too.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared spaces.
If you’d like to know more or arrange a viewing, just send me a message. I’d be happy to answer any questions!
I will do viewings on Tuesday 7th July evening.
