The master room, available now, is the biggest bedroom in the house. Big enough for you to do yoga :) and exercises. It comes fully furnished. The room features a double bed, a small fitted storage space, clothes organizers, a 42" TV, chest of drawers, an office desk with a chair, bookshelves, and full length mirror etc.

The small double room (see the last photo) will only be available by 1st March 2026. It features an electric single bed, side table, desk and chair, bookcase, walk-in wardrobe, clothes organizer, chest of drawers, pegboard with full length mirror etc. Shoe storage is outside the bedroom in the corridor.

The house will be shared by a total of 3 persons. Full fiber internet. You will share the house with female professionals.

The whole house was decorated about 2.5 years ago. And the upstairs bathroom was just completed the job this month! Everything in it Brand New!

In the kitchen there are a microwave, a double door fridge & freezer, an under counter fridge , a washing machine, hobs and oven, etc.

The garden room, serving as the living room, is equipped with a 50'' TV, a dining table , sofa chairs and more. The house boasts a South-North orientation with big front and back gardens. The front garden can easily park 2 cars, and ample space for free off-street parking too.

There is a downstairs toilet and a brand NEW upstairs bathroom with a toilet.

The house enjoys a convenient location, with 2 bus stops within a 3-minute walk. One serves as the final Acomb stop for bus No. 1, while the other is for bus No. 5A. Both buses run frequently to the train station, York hospital and around the city. There is a Costcutter store just around the corner (opposite the No. 1 bus stop, a mere 2-minute walk from the house), and a large Morrisons is only a 3- minute drive away (or a 10-minute walk). Various amenities such as a pharmacy, post office, car washing&valeting services (all around near the Morrison's) are all within about 10 mins walking distance.

Female working professional preferred.

We are looking for a quiet, VERY CLEAN, and very tidy person to join us. Our neighbors are elderly, so we ask for quietness late at night and early in the morning, as we value restful sleep before starting our workday.

We prioritize cleanliness and expect shared spaces to be kept tidy at all times. We follow a cleaning schedule every two weeks, and we would appreciate it if you’re willing to take turns (This won’t be difficult, as we keep spaces clean after each use).
