Double room in a quiet house in a cul-de-sac near the city centre. All bills included.

The room is only available for a couple of weeks over the Easter holidays at the moment - from the 30th of March until the 13th of April, though I can do an extra day on either side.

I usually live in the house with my son, but we will be away over the holidays so you will have the whole place to yourself.

Happy for either a single person or a couple to stay. Cost is £200/week if staying for the full two weeks (£400 in total), if you just want it for one week it will be £250.
