We have 4 well furnished double bedrooms available. The rooms are in a Student licensed HMO property accredited with York City Council. The house is a 10 minute walk to the main University of York campus and gives easy access to a supermarket and other local shops. It has a shared living space, bathroom, large kitchen, garage, parking and garden. The house has an EPC( Energy Efficiency) C rating and is Council tax band C. Full time students need to apply to the city council for council tax exemption.

All utility bills( water, internet, gas and electricity) are included in the rent but subject to fair useage. Along with this there is a complimentary monthly clean of the communal areas.
