Firstly we are a family of 4 (Daughter 17, son 11) very friendly and sociable. Lovely ground floor double en-suite furnished room available from the middle of September could be earlier by arrangement. We are in a lovely village near easingwold in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to the A19 and serviced by buses every hour into York. We have a large driveway should you require parking. We do think the room would be better suited to someone who drives as there are no buses on a Sunday and not particularly late back the rest of the week.
We have a large kitchen/dining/family room and a separate living room. We also have a garden which gets the sun most of the day.
We do have 2 friendly cats but they have never really bothered with our lodgers.
Husband and kids love rugby and watch it on the tv a lot so hope that’s ok!
We enjoy going out to our local pub and also enjoy a drink at home.
Looking for someone who can fit in with our family life.
Bills included. Viewing available by appointment only as currently occupied.
