The street is quiet and perfect for study, only 2 minute walk to major bus routes. All amenities close by including supermarkets, doctors, pubs, park, takeaways and shops, 20 minute walk into York city center.
We have a dog but he stays in living room so you will not have to meet him unless you want a cuddle xx He rarely makes a noise.

Please note there is no on road parking in this area unless you buy a council permit as there are major restrictions caused by Uni. traffic.
