I have two rooms to rent at my house in Holgate. Small room has as single bed and large wardrobe, £500 per month. Large room has double bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. £650 per month. Both rooms are available immediately. Short term lets considered.

House is 3 bedrooms with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The whole house has just been redecorated apart from the hallway which is still a work in progress. Large front and back garden. On street parking. All bills included, including a cleaner every 4 weeks.

Approx 15 minute cycle or 40 minute walk to the city centre. 10 minute walk into Acomb with local shops and amenities.

Currently only myself living here (live in landlord). I work full time Monday to Friday, and am usually up to something outdoors at the weekend. I am into hiking, urbex, road trips, wild swimming, reading and board games. Looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to join a welcoming home. Professionals or students welcome.
