I’m looking for someone to take over my room at 7 Feversham Crescent. I’ve currently moved out and am ideally looking for someone who can move in around June.

The house is in a perfect location for students — right next to the hospital and only around a 10-minute walk to York St John University, making it especially ideal for anyone with placements at the hospital.

You’d be living with 5 lovely, friendly girls who are all super sociable and easy to get along with. There’s a mix of courses in the house including Psychology, History, Drama, and Occupational Therapy, so there’s a really nice variety of interests and personalities. Everyone’s involved in different societies, enjoys pub nights, movie nights, chill evenings in, and generally having a good laugh together. It’s a really social house while also being great if you enjoy having your own space too.
