The family bathroom would be fully yours as I have an en-suite. There is a small driveway that fits 2 small cars, alternatively there is a lay-by on the street which offers a place to park. The house is within a 30 minute walk from the city centre and a 20 minute cycle from the University of York (I commuted to uni from here for years). 1Gb internet. This is a quiet home consisting of myself, 38 female and my cat.
