Double room available on a lodging basis at the Groves, a short 5 minutes walk to the city walls. The price is £160 per week including bills (as long as you are sensible).
Short term or Mon to Fri lodging also considered. For short term stays the minimum stay is one month. (Deposit and fee adjusted accordingly)
The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a foldable desk, bookshelves and chair. It is a bit on the small side but the rest of the house makes up for it. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a snug which previous lodgers seemed to enjoy spending time in.
There are 3 of us in the household, my son who is 23 years old who is going back to study in September; my self 55 currently working as a volunteer coordinator, and Penny the dog.
