Hi,

My name is Dan, i am a 27 year old IT engineer who owns a 3 bed semi-detached house in Clifton moor, York. I currently work from home around 95% of the time. I enjoy going out with my friends and going to the gym on evenings.

The house has a shared living room/kitchen with and upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. The house also has a nice garden space which gets the sun in summer and im always prepared to cook a BBQ. The house also has a drive that can fit 3 cars.

The house is close to Tescos (15 minute walk), several gyms, Number 6 bus stop (2 minute walk that takes you into York city Centre). Ample takeaway coverage and about a £10 taxi to and from town.

Currently looking for 1 house mate to rent a medium sized double room.

Rooms comes furnished with bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe. Happy to wall mount a TV for the bedroom upon request (TV not included).
