I am looking for a tenant to rent the spare double bedroom in the first floor flat I am currently renting located next to the barbican in York City centre.

I have been living in the flat for the last 3 1/2 years.

The room has a double bed and walk in wardrobe. There is also a shared cupboard in the hall for extra storage.

The flat is composed of a kitchen, living room 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It also has a rear lockable bike shed which you would have access to.

The flat is fully furnished. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. There are plenty of plates, mugs and utensils so you would not need to purchase any.
The living room has leather chairs and sofa & big TV. I use TV as a screen for the small pc I have attached to it as I don’t have a TV licence – I just use netflix and Amazon prime

The flat is seconds away from a bus stop for many different buses, including to the university and the designer outlet. There is also a stop to the train station under a minute away.

I am a 27 year old guy who works in health science department at the University. I am also studying for a masters in public health part time.

I am aiming for young professional/ phd student between 20-30 but have some flexibility on this if you’re suitable.

I am requiring a minimum of 6 months of tenancy but I’d prefer someone who’d like to stay longer

Ideally located for someone who is currently working at the university, science park designer outlet or the city centre.

Unfortunately I am not looking to rent to undergraduates or couples.

The rent is £500 per calendar month. This includes everything rent, council tax, water, electricity & broadband.

The deposit is one month’s rent.

Future rent payments prior to 28th of each month.
