Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely two-bed flat in Holgate, York. The room is a good-sized double and comes unfurnished. You’d be living with the lovely Ellie who’s 22 and a student and a social worker. Both students and professionals are welcome and pets could be considered.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a large open plan living room and kitchen. White goods (fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer) are included. The room itself comes unfurnished. The bathroom comes with a shower over bath. Off-road parking is also available.

It’s a great area with a good pub (the fox) and local park close by, and easy access to the town centre, train station and shops in Acomb.

Viewings can be from the 7th July onwards and the lease begins on the 1st of August. If you’re interested please message with a bit of information about yourself.
