I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy and move into a bedroom in a three-bedroom house with 2 third-year students until the tenancy end date which is 31st July 2024. Ideally, my other housemates would like to live with another girl. The bedroom available is on the ground floor and there is a shared bathroom, shared kitchen and a shared living room.

Rent is £178.75 a week with bills included!

It is about a 10 minute walk to York St John University.

Car parking spaces are available with a permit.
