Fully furnished flat, shared living area and kitchen. We have two toilets, 1 bathtub, 1 shower (separate). Really comfortable and spacious flat. Nice and friendly surrounding community in the block. Looking for a friendly and warm flatmate who looks after their space and appreciates this spot!
Two of us live here at present, but you will be replacing 1 when moving in. This is a 2 person flat.
Base rent is £487.50 without bills PCM. Including council tax, energy, Wifi and broadband etc, I pay an average of £629 PCM.
