Lovely double room available in fabulous, clean, quiet, tidy flat. Sharing with one friendly, peaceful professional female (27).

The room is fully furnished, with built-in wardrobes and other storage space. It has a lovely sunny outlook (see photograph).

The flat is in a nice, safe, quiet area just outside York City Walls. 10 minutes walk to the Railway Station or City Centre. It is close to Route 66! (The pink-coloured bus that travels between the University of York and the City Centre).

It is 2 minutes walk from the famous and popular 'Bishy Road' with all it's yummy small independent shops, restaurants and cafes. Google 'Bishy Road' and you will be thrilled to read the history and community spirit of the area. In 2015 it was voted 'Britain's Best High Street' (a national competition initiated by the 'Department of Communities and Local Government'). After winning the 'Local Parade', it then went on to be crowned overall 'Winner of Winners'. Needless to say it is a wonderful part of York in which to live.

The flat itself is on the 2nd floor, but this is indeed the top floor. It is in a small, quiet block. It is very safe, and all the neighbours are quiet and extremely respectful.
