I have booked this Percys Place's ensuite that I'm advertising for, and I have decided to move to somewhere else, so I need someone else to take over my contract. Due to the fact I have lived in this accommodation for a few years, I got the discount for my next year's contract. If you want to take over it, then you will have the same discount as I have (5 pounds per week cheaper compared to their price now, it's 51 weeks contract)

This accommodation only allow the students to live in, bills included and no council tax that you need to pay.

The room that I'm advertising for is the top room of 5 persons town house, so you will get the extra room because the room is on the top away from the kitchen. Percys Place only has 5 top ensuite that I'm advising. Same price with the other 4 rooms downstairs but bigger size, is that not a good benefit?

This accommodation has cinema room, gym, study room and lounge. The location of this accommodation is awesome that it's just right in the city centre of York, 5 mins away from all the supermarket like Morrisons or Waitrose, 25 mins walk from university of York. The bus stop just 3 mins away from the accommodation if you want to take the bus to the uni.
