Double room in a quiet house in a cul-de-sac near the city centre. All bills included.

The room is available from Sunday the 17th of May - June the 28th (six weeks in total).

I usually live in the house with my son, but we will be overseas for most of that time - just popping in for a few nights between.

There will be another person in the house - a single man, he is very quiet and will be working most of the time. When viewing I'll try to make sure he is there too.

Happy for either a single person or a couple to stay. Cost is £250/week, £800/month and £1200 for 6 weeks. Also happy for you people to look at renting both rooms - getting the house mostly to yourselves.
