The flat has a relaxed feel so after a hard day studying/working it’s nice to unwind in comfortable surroundings and there is always a bottle of something chilling in the fridge to help. The apartment has a lovely Juliet balcony to watch the world go by and a garden which is shared with the other 5 apartments. The last few time that I have let the room, they have stay for a couple of years each so it can’t be a too shabby place too live😃
