About the apartment:

The apartment is fully furnished, with a lovely spacious living room, large TV, dining area and a modern kitchen that comes with everything you need, including plates, cutlery, pots, pans and appliances. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, so you can pretty much just move straight in!

Location:

The location is amazing! It’s really close to York St John University, York Minster and the city centre. Londis is just a 2-minute walk away, with plenty of other shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it really convenient for getting around York.

A little bit about me:

I’m a student currently on my placement year, so I’m out of the house Monday to Friday and also work some evenings, meaning I’m not home a huge amount.

I’m friendly, chatty and easy-going! I love a good night in but equally enjoy going out. I’d love to find someone I get along with who’s up for the occasional chat or doing things together, but I also don’t mind if you value having your own space.

Rent: £825 per month, excluding bills.

The room is available for immediate move-in, and I’m happy to arrange viewings whenever suits!
