I have one spare room available for a nice housemate. The house is located in a street close to Clifton Green. All the neighbours are permanent residents who all seem very nice.

It is possible to walk into the City centre in about 20 minutes up Bootham.

All rooms have their own key.

There is a shared living room but a small part of it is taken up by my computer setup as I work from home there Monday to Friday 9-5.

You can still use the living room if you have friends round on the weekend and evening to watch a movie etc.

The house includes a separate dining area, kitchen and little second toilet downstairs and a pretty garden.

The only additional payment is Electricity and Gas for which we will split the bill 4 ways.

All the rest like Water, 200MB Virgin Broadband, Maintenance, TV Licence etc is included in the monthly price.
