We are a group of 5 uni of york students, 4 girls and 1 boy, looking for a 6th housemate for our second year. We are a friendly, social group who enjoy going out but also chilling and staying in.
The house is a 30 minute walk from campus West. There are 2 floors, 1 bathroom on each, living room, kitchen and big garden with grass. Each room is nicely sized and is furnished with a 3/4 / double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk.
The contract is £195 per week for 52 weeks. Anyone is welcome to get in touch and we can chat to see if this is the right room for you.
