I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the second bedroom in my spacious duplex apartment. My best friend is moving out soon as he’s bought his own place, so the room will be available by 10th May, possibly sooner.

I’m a mid-thirties professional - working as a Fashion PR in London for over 15 years. I am in the office Monday to Thursday and from home on Fridays. I love travelling whenever I get the chance. During the week, I enjoy a peaceful, chilled vibe at home, but I’m more social on weekends—whether catching up with friends or occasionally hosting something here.
I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful, clean, and tidy—who’s got their own thing going on and doesn’t take life TOO seriously.
