(£1300 all bills included, spacious double en-suite/apartment)
I currently have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the area of Poplar, East London, E14
It is close to Docklands area and close by to the River Lea.
There are local buses that travel a very short distance of 5 minutes into Canary Wharf (Jubilee, DLR & Elizabeth Line) or Canning Town,
or a 10/15 minute walk to either Canning Town (Jubilee, DLR line) or East India (DLR Line)
Unfortunately, no parking is available.
I am looking to rent out my Double en-suite with its own shower room.
The place is fully furnished with all appliances and utilities necessary.
WiFi is provided and all bills covered.
The complex has its own gym with great equipment to use which is free for tenants. It also has a cinema room with up to 14 people max, bookings available prior apartments own app system.
It also comes with a private post box with keys, plus a 24 hour concierge desk for deliveries etc.
The property is based on the 3rd floor in which there is 2 lifts onsite so need worry for stairs.
There is also a private balcony for the apartment.
I am looking to rent this lovely en-suite double room for £1300 a month with all bills included. (Water, heating, electric, WiFi, council tax)
My current situation is that I work 12 hour’s days and nights as a Shift Engineer locally in the area of Canary Wharf.
Majority of the time, I will not be at the property due to me either working or spending time with relatives, in which I mostly stay at my brother’s house close to Canning Town.
The apartment would be pretty much for yourself. I tend to stay at the apartment 1-2 times a month and that is it.
I have previously rented this room out for a period of a year.
The apartment is now fully available and can move in when needed.

I can offer a contract for 6 months-1 year or a longer period if the right tenant is happy to extend.
I am also happy to lease on a more short term basis if needs be.
