I am subletting our home from mid-April until the end of the year.

Mile end tube is just 1' walk away (Central, District, Hammersmith lines), as is the beautiful Regent's canal. Victoria Park is a short walk from us and Stratford Westfield one stop by tube.

Canary Wharf and the City are both 5' away by either tube or bus.

The apartment is in excellent condition, it was built in 2015 and refurbished last summer. It is on the second floor, with lift access. It is fully furnished and equipped. It is located on a quiet residential street.

Each bedroom has a large wardrobe, and there is a balcony too.

There is a washer/dryer along with all other appliances at the apartment (dishwasher, microwaver, hoover, kettle etc)

The bills are excluded to the price above and amount to an extra 350 per month.

I am only renting the entire apartment so can not unfortunately consider renting just 1 of the rooms.
