I’m moving out of my room in a beautiful river-facing apartment in Canary Wharf and looking for a professional to take over the tenancy.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Elizabeth line, DLR, and Jubilee, making commuting across London very convenient.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the incredible view — the living room overlooks the river with a stunning view of Central London, while the bedroom faces the Canary Wharf skyline.
The room itself is spacious and comes with a walk-in closet and a large private bathroom with a bathtub, so you’ll have your own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared.
The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer, making day-to-day living very convenient. The building also has a residents’ gym.
You’ll be sharing the flat with one flatmate who is a friendly and easygoing software engineer working from office twice a week. He enjoys socialising occasionally, is always up for going out for a pint or two from time to time, and also values a clean, relaxed, and respectful living environment.
