Hi!

I’m renting out the second bedroom in my modern 2-bed flat in Blackwall (E14) — just 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf (Jubilee & Elizabeth line) and 5 minutes to Blackwall DLR.

The room comes with its own private bathroom and the flat has great natural light, a large living space and a terrace with views of the O2 and Canary Wharf skyline.

Ideal for a professional working in Canary Wharf, the City or nearby who wants a comfortable and easy living setup.

🛏 The Room

Spacious double bedroom (fully furnished)

• Double bed
• Desk + chair (great natural light for working)
• Wardrobe
• Bedside table + lamp
• Under-bed storage drawers
• Bookshelf
• South facing — lots of natural light
• Views of the Thames & Canary Wharf skyline

The bathroom is not en-suite but right next to the bedroom and exclusively yours (I have my own en-suite).

🏡 The Flat

Modern 2-bedroom flat (just you + me)

• Large open-plan living room & kitchen
• Private terrace with views of the O2
• Dishwasher
• Washer/dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, pans, utensils etc.)
• Fast broadband + cable TV
• 3rd floor with lift
• Concierge
• Secure ground-floor parking included

The flat gets a lot of natural light and feels very open and calm, which makes it a really nice place to live.

📍 Location

• 10 min walk to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth & Jubilee line)
• 5 min walk to Blackwall DLR
• Easy access to Bank, Liverpool Street, Bond Street & Heathrow

Quiet residential area but extremely well connected.

💷 The Details

• Bills not included (typically £250–£350 per person depending on the month, including council tax)

Bills include:
• Weekly cleaner (can also iron)
• Fast broadband
• Cable TV

Option to join the tenancy contract:

• £1,000 per month
• £1,250 deposit

Parking included.

Available immediately.

Minimum stay: 6 months

Students welcome (quarterly payment required).

No couples.
Not suitable for full-time WFH.

👋 About Me

I work in finance and usually WFH one day per week.

I’m relaxed, tidy and respectful — I like the flat to be clean but not obsessively so. I’m social and friendly, work out regularly, enjoy learning and personal growth, and like going out to try new restaurants or grab a beer. I also appreciate a quiet night in with a film or series.

I’m looking for someone easygoing and respectful to share the space with — ideally someone who has lived in shared flats before and is in a similar stage of life.

I drink socially (rarely at home) and occasionally smoke, but never inside the flat.

If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message with a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for.

Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂
