Hi, I'm Caio, from Brazil, I speak english, spanish and portuguese, and I looking for a flatmate. I'm a very opened person, that loves to make new friends. I work 9-5 mon-fri, and I have a preference for flatmates that work in a different shift them me, but is not excludent, anyway, I would like to build a nice friendship with my new roomie.

My place is a clean and organized apartment in the ground floor, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, so I'm renting the ensuite with very new furniture. There is a shared living room and a complete kitchen with oven, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher in process to be installed.
There's also a safe bike storage, and recycling and common bins.

Is in the Huntington Road, in front of the Spar, near Hospital, Cocoa Workers, 15min walking from Monks Gate city centre.

ALL bills are included (electricity + council tax (C) + water + wifi + basics for cleaning). No bed linen or pillows included. No TV license is allowed/included.

There some basic rules, like share the cleaning of commom areas each 15 days, and the heater time-temperature during winter is locked. Also we sign a contract, offered by SpareRoom, with all of this is explicited.

I ask for a guarantee that is also a reservation, and the rent is paid in advance, in the day that you start and same day monthly.
