House comes with 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, garden area with seating and washing line, bike shed with lock, living room with tv, spacious kitchen with all cooking appliances included, washing machine and dryer, extra study room with chairs and three lovely girls amongst it all :) we are happy to consider anyone of any gender and are overall just looking for someone to share the fun with. We are into our movie nights, baking, arts and love to celebrate festivities.

The room available is spacious with a double bed and plenty of storage. Lots of natural light and fully furnished.

The rent is £783.14 for the month with all bills included. Rent is due on the 2nd of each month.

About a 15 minute walk to the university and 20 minutes to the city. Close to local shops and not too far from the retail parks.

Must be a student.
Must have a guarantor.
