Hi, I’m currently looking for a student to take over my tenancy ASAP. £195pw inc bills.
The room is less than a minutes walk to ysj, 5min walk to the city centre, good transport links with plenty of local shops.
The house is shared with 4 other girls, all very clean and friendly.
The room itself includes furniture and a working sink, it is an attic room with ample space and a large window with black out blinds.

*students are not liable to pay council tax*
