Hi everyone, I am looking for a Student housemate to fill a bedroom in a 5-bedroom house. It’s about 10 minutes walk from York St John University and we are a mixed gender house! We are mix of personalities and sociable bunch that has nights out from time to time! We prefer to keep our communal spaces kept clean and tidy! We are all second years students between the ages of 19-21 and rent with bills is £808 a month.
