Hi all, if you are new to York, are looking to make new friends in a relaxed and sociable house-share with all-inclusive convenience, I am renting out a large Cosy Double bedroom. The room has loads of storage including a table & chair should you need to work from home, situated only few minutes walk from York Hospital, St Johns Uni & Nestle!! The house has been lovingly restored to a very high standard into a beautiful and relaxing home, retaining all original Victorian features. The house has all mod cons incl, 40" Flat screen tv with Virgin Fibre Optic, American Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, lovely travertine bathroom with free standing bath & power shower!! I have a decked area in the back garden with BBQ, Hamoc, lounge chairs & a secure bike storage area.
All the bills are included, as is everything you need including all the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards; and ample storage for any bulky items.
A cleaner comes weekly and this is included in the rent as are all other bills!! There is safe on street parking, the house is only 10 mins walk to City Centre where you will find all the shops & trendy bars, gyms, bus & train station etc.
Looking for a polite, clean & TIDY housemate, who is fun, sociable, likes to go out for drinks & bite to eat with housemates on occasions.
We have a WhatsApp group to make sure everyone keeps in touch or there anything nice upcoming.
