We have two double rooms to let in our large Victorian terrace within walking distance of the centre of York and York Hospital. All bills are included. There is on street parking (subject to the purchase of a permit)and a secure yard at the back of the house where bikes can be kept. The house is broadband enabled, the cost of which is included in the rent.
