I’m looking for a female student to take over my tenancy for a room in a lovely 2-bedroom student house on Barbican Road, York (YO10 5AA).

The room is available immediately, and the tenancy runs until 14 June 2027. The rent is £215 per week and includes all bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband, subject to fair usage).

You’ll be living with one friendly female student in a great location close to the University of York, the city centre, supermarkets, and public transport.

The tenancy transfer has already been approved by the letting agency (Sinclair Properties), so the replacement tenant can officially take over the tenancy once the agency’s requirements are met (including a guarantor if required).
