The room is a very large, double, furnished room on the top floor of the house with a kingsize bed. The shower room is shared by one other tenant in the adjoining room.

The large kitchen and dining room are communal. The dining room has an open fire and sofa and can be used by house-mates as a living room.

There is a lovely garden for all to enjoy. There is also off road parking.

The house is 5 minutes walk from shops and bus stops to Bath and Bristol which are easy to get to from here, as is Frome.

All bills inclusive as long as energy use is reasonable.

I am a teacher of English as a second language and enjoy being with people from different cultures I also enjoy travel and do so once or twice a year. There are times (mostly during the summer) when I may host teach international students

I have a very friendly, small dog and am happy for you to accompany him on walks around the local countryside should you wish to enjoy him too🙂.

We are a quiet, friendly household looking for a respectful housemate to share our beautiful, relaxed home..

I may accept a short term tenant at an extra cost but am ideally looking for someone to commit to six months minimum

I work from home so am looking for someone who is employed outside of the home
