Double room with shared living space and one bathroom along with a shower room. Biggest room of the house, well-lit and the kitchen is comfortable and tidy. In both a family and student area so no preference. Very central, close to queens university and botanic avenue where there is lots of bars and places to see. Currently there are three other girls living there but they have started to spend more time at home so the house is mostly empty. WiFi is included but Heat and electric must be paid. This tends to last a while and is split between the occupants usually.
