Small double, or single, room for rent (either bed can be provided, your choice depending how you want to use the space - additional furniture also available by preference). Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen however I'm rarely home as a live in landlord so often the place will be your own.

40 minutes drive to Antrim Area Hospital, about 20 minutes to Causeway Hospital and Coleraine. Roughly 30 minutes to the north coast. Best suited to those with a car as this is a house in the countryside with less transport options.

Large garden and yard with plenty of room for parking. Quiet rural area. Pets and couples considered (cat allergy though - sorry).

If you're applying, I'm looking for someone I get on with, that will be easy to share my house with, so please sell yourself. There's a level of trust and safety required even to invite for an interview so blank or brief profiles are not considered.
