We are a very friendly family of 5, I am from the Philippines and my husband is French. We have 3 children, 2 boys and a girl (early 20s). The house is warm, welcoming and peaceful in a cul-de-sac and is close to all amenities, bus stops and the University (Talbot Campus - 20 mins walk).

We are looking preferably for a female student/professional (of any nationality). The room is furnished including a desk and is quiet and overlooking the back garden and park.
