Room 2- Available from June for a shirt let. Shared bathroom for this room. Shared with one other.

Both rooms will have their own small fridge freezer.

New single bed with a mattress, desk and a chair, small wardrobe will be provided.

We do not have or accept pets. You may share the living room and expect to be considerate of others and the furniture. When owner stays living room usage can be limited for the lodgers.

We have some building rules to follow to keep the space safe and not to disturb other owners who live in the other flats. There are 8 flats in the building.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, understanding and respect others and enjoy shared living, mingle a bit with the others and also give space when needed.

Ideally a female student or a professional. You need to be prompt with your rental payments via a standing order. Proof of standing order setup is required.
We do need references and deposit.

keeping the room and the en-suite clean and keep the noise levels down after 10pm is important. Complete cooking by 10.30pm is beneficial to the tenant who’s room is next to the kitchen.
Keep the communal staircase vacuumed and free from clutter, cloths and shoes. Tidy the kitchen and Bath after use, so the next flatmate will not have any issues.

We like you to feel relaxed, comfortable and feel free to question and resolve any issues during your stay.

This is right next to rose gardens of Palmeira Square, which is amazing for relaxing and walks or gather with friends.

bedroom 2 with a single bed.

In the wet-room there are mirrors and storage area. En-suite has the shower and the toilet.
Bedroom is lockable.
We prefer a female lodger who can stay minimum 06 months.

Close to Hove Lawns and the beach. Flat is at the back of the building. Flat has 3 bedrooms. One room there is a graduate. Vacating tenant ensuite room is an architect who got married and moved out.
