Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible. Large double room available. The room is unfurnished but will be selling some things so happy to discuss this if needed. The rest of the flat is furnished, yet I have paid for these too so I would need to sort this with my current flat mate. Students are welcome.
Very central location on western road, only a short work to either Brighton or Hove and five to the beach!
Excellent transport links, close to both Brighton and hove station and bus stop just at the doorstep.
The bills are not included but would be around £200 a month until September and around £150ish after if you decided to stay in the flat and this is for unlimited gas, electric, WiFi and water.
Current flatmate is 23 and in full time employment. We would appreciate a friendly and tidy new flatmate who respects the space to replace me! Please get in touch if you are interested and please ask any questions! :)
