Hello potential future flatmate! We have just secured a lovely, 3-bedroom, furnished flat in the heart of Kemptown. We are looking to sublet to one more person to take the third bedroom.
About us:
You'll be living with me (Rory) and Dennis. We are friends, 25 and 26, and are both doctors, moving down to start full-time jobs at the hospital in August.
We're both relaxed and friendly people who are excited about getting involved in what Brighton has to offer. Hoping to make the flat social and have people feel comfortable to invite friends over for dinner/drinks etc., but equally happy to spend nights in to ourselves.
We're likely to be quite busy with a broad range of hobbies, including on the sporty side (climbing, running, gym, cycling) and on the more creative side (music, cooking, reading).
About the flat:
The flat is spread across the upper two floors of a period house. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre, 5 minute walk to the seafront and a 5 minute walk to the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. There is a generous, shared, open-plan kitchen and living area with some sweet bay windows.
The rooms are all a similar size (the smallest being 3.1x3.4m and the largest 4.5x3.9), and we are happy to be flexible with the rent depending on room allocation. All rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress and desk, and two of the rooms have built-in wardrobes.
Washing machine/dishwasher/dryer are all on board and ready for action
