I am renting out my sons room whilst he is at uni to help him with his living costs. The ground floor of the room is a study space and there is a ladder up to the bed which is at loft level in the house and really comfy. We took the ceiling out of his room!
Our family home is close to both the sea and South Downs. We are just off the A27 and a 15 minute walk from Worthing station with good rail links to Brighton and London.
