We are currently a flat recent graduates and professionals. I am out of the country between July 20th and September 1st and I am looking for someone to sublet my room. It will be a furnished room and most of my belongings will remain but I will arrange for some to be put in storage so there is reasonable storage space for anyone interested. All terms and conditions are negotiable and flexible, I will try my best to accommodate needs.

The house is in St Werburghs, a really nice area and not too far from the city centre. We are a nice friendly household, we like to go out for a drink together when free, go to the cinema, go clubbing, and hang out with each other in the evenings.

The room available has a double bed and is nicely sized. It is on the ground floor with large but fogged out windows so there is good light and privacy. Hardwood floors, a desk to work at, a sofa, and a sound system I can set up for you before I leave.

Bills are not included in the rent. Happy to negotiate whether you want to chip in a fair share as they come in or take a slightly higher base rent and I will cover whatever costs they come to.

There are two bathrooms, a decent living room, a nice kitchen and a brilliant sun trap of a garden out back. If you are interested please send a message with a little about yourself and we will get in touch. My flatmates one non-binary, and three girls and are happy with any gender.

(The cat (floofsy) is not ours but he regularly likes to use our garden and hang out, so comes with the flat)
