A couple have occupied this room for the past 10 years. It would also be a great space for a single person but it could also work for a couple for an extra £75 a month. The whole house was recently renovated and freshly painted - that said, we had a blockage in the drains upstairs and have had to take down a small part of the ceiling temporarily (still down). It is close to the main bus routes, St George's park, Aldi, Tesco and all the joys of Church Road. There are two tumble dryers and two washing machines, so there is no fighting over laundry. Plus, it gives us time to fix a machine if something goes wrong without losing the ability to put a wash on. There is currently a weekly cleaner for the shared areas. There is a small garden area behind the kitchen that smokers can use.
