Double room:
£750pcm

Nice-sized, light and furnished double room available in a house on a cul-de-sac just off Church Road in Redfield. It's a genuinely friendly street with lovely neighbours, and you'll be spoilt for choice on your doorstep for cafes, pubs and activities.

Rent: £750 per month, all bills included, plus full fibre broadband

Deposit: £300

Availability: We're looking for someone for an initial 1-3 months, though we're flexible on the term and we're open to extending for the right person (up to 6 months). This could suit someone moving to Bristol and looking for somewhere temporary while they find something longer-term, or someone after a bit more stability. Happy to discuss what works for you.

The room & house: Spacious, light, furnished double room (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table), with plenty of storage space in the loft. Large, shared bathroom with free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Parking available on the street and neighbouring streets.

Cleaner comes every two weeks, and we like to keep the house clean and tidy day-to-day.

Please note: we don't have a dedicated office/study space, so the house won't suit someone working from home full-time.

Location: Aldi and Tesco Express are both within a 5 min walk, and Bristol Loaf and Native Vine are 2 min away, plus a new Colombian café right next door to Loaf. Bristol Sauna Yard is 30 seconds away!

St George Park is a 5 min walk, the bus stop 1–2 min, and Lawrence Hill train station under 10 min.

Church Road itself has a great mix of independent cafés, shops and places to eat, plus some excellent pubs and bars close by, including The Stillage, The Red Church and our favourite, the Dark Horse.

About us: We're Jasmine (32) and Eoin (34), an easy-going couple who own the house. We're friendly, down-to-earth and independent, but are up for hanging out and cooking meals together.

Jasmine works partly from home and partly from a co-working space in town; Eoin's a chef and often works long hours, including weekday evenings. We both enjoy getting outdoors and good food (Jasmine's pescatarian, Eoin eats meat occasionally), and we try to live sustainably day-to-day.

We're looking for a working professional to join us and we could potentially accommodate a well-behaved dog, too.

Get in touch! Please message us if you're interested with a bit about yourself: what you do for work, your hobbies and interests, and your ideal term/move-in date.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Jasmine & Eoin
